Regional Diagnostic Study on Land-based Sources of Pollution
in the North-East Pacific area is under development.
UNEP GPA: Assessment
of Land-based Sources and Activities Affecting the Marine,
Coastal and Associated Freshwater Environment in the
South-East Pacific. This report
includes Panama and Colombia. Four
areas Baha de Panama, and Colombian areas Buenaventura,
Tumaco, and Esmeraldas are identified as risk
areas for oil pollution.
